The secret to the deliciousness is “Shonan Chigasaki MILK”, made from fresh raw milk delivered directly from a farm right here in Chigasaki.
Fresh Non-Homogenized Milk
We carefully pasteurize fresh raw milk straight from the farm at our own factory. By adopting a “non-homogenized” method that does not homogenize fat globules, we preserve the original flavor and richness of the milk. It features a fresh, rich taste, just like drinking it at the farm.
